Iomart Group in Talks to Acquire Atech Support

Iomart Group plc has confirmed that it is in exclusive discussions to potentially acquire Atech Support Limited, a prominent Microsoft Solutions Partner, which could significantly enhance iomart’s cloud service offerings for mid-sized UK enterprises. The deal, if finalized, would be funded through existing cash and banking facilities and is considered a substantial transaction per AIM Rules. The acquisition aims to accelerate iomart’s growth strategy by establishing it as a leading provider of comprehensive cloud services.
