Iomart Group plc, a leading secure cloud services provider, announces the appointment of Richard Last as the new independent non-executive Chair effective from June 12, 2024. Last brings a wealth of experience from his previous chair roles in various technology companies. Lucy Dimes, having served as interim Chair, will continue as the full-time CEO, focusing on the company’s growth strategy.
