Inwido AB ( (SE:INWI) ) just unveiled an update.
Inwido AB, Europe’s largest window group, focuses on tailored window and door solutions for consumers across 18 countries, leveraging strong local brands and a decentralized model to drive profitable, acquisition-supported growth. Listed on Nasdaq Stockholm, it operates 36 business units and generated SEK 9 billion in sales in 2025 with robust profitability.
The company has agreed to acquire 70 percent of Croatian PVC and aluminum window and door maker Marlex, marking Inwido’s entry into Croatia and reinforcing its footprint in Eastern Europe. Marlex, a market leader with EUR 33 million in annual revenue, strong margins, and high vertical integration, will retain its brand and management within Inwido’s Business Area East, providing a platform for further expansion in Southeastern Europe when the deal closes, expected in June 2026.
The transaction values the majority stake at an EBITDA multiple of 5.1x–6.3x on 2025 earnings and includes a call/put option for the remaining 30 percent in 2028, aligning incentives between Inwido and the founder. For stakeholders, the deal strengthens Inwido’s geographic diversification, adds a high-quality asset with multiple sales channels, and signals continued execution of its acquisition-led growth strategy in promising regional markets.
The most recent analyst rating on (SE:INWI) stock is a Buy with a SEK220.00 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on Inwido AB stock, see the SE:INWI Stock Forecast page.
