Invion Ltd. has reported a change in the interests of Director Chiat Thian Chew, noting the exercise of 17,861,942 share options at no cost, resulting in a total indirect holding of 564,719,663 shares post-transaction. The options were exercised through Polar Ventures Limited, where Thian Chew is a director and beneficiary. No contracts were affected by this change in director’s interests.
