Invictus Energy Limited (AU:IVZ) has released an update.

Invictus Energy Ltd has announced the quotation of new securities, with the issuance of 75,757,576 ordinary fully paid shares at AUD$0.10 per share, raising USD$5 million. The application, reflected in Appendix 2A, follows a two-staged tranche settlement approach, with details provided in prior updates to earlier lodged Appendix 3B’s.
