Invictus Energy Ltd has reported a significant change in the holdings of Director Robin Sutherland, as per the latest director’s interest notice. Sutherland disposed of 3,000,000 IVZAN Options, resulting in no change to his holdings of other securities within the company, which include ordinary shares, various options, and performance rights. The transaction, which was off-market due to the expiry of options, did not involve any monetary consideration.
