Invictus Energy Ltd announces a strategic capital raise of US$10 million, underwritten by the Mutapa Investment Fund of Zimbabwe, to advance its Cabora Bassa Project, which includes the Mukuyu gas field. The funds are planned for flow testing and early monetisation opportunities, as well as preparing for new exploration wells. Additionally, the company is set to facilitate local trading by issuing shares and Zimbabwe Depository Receipts on the Victoria Falls Stock Exchange.
