In a recent update by Invictus Energy Ltd, Director John Bentley disposed of his entire holdings of IVZAN Options, totaling 3,000,000, on July 23, 2024, through an off-market expiry. There was no cash consideration involved in the disposal. Following this change, Bentley retains a direct interest in 861,111 ordinary shares, additional options, and performance rights in the company.
