Thomas Henry Orange has significantly decreased his stake in Guild Esports PLC, as shown by a major holdings notification. His voting rights in the company have dropped from a previous 3.46% to just 0.1%, with a corresponding decrease in voting rights from over 25.5 million to 2 million. This change in ownership was officially notified to the company on August 16, 2024, following the crossing of the threshold on August 14.
