Investec has disclosed a transaction involving the on-market sale of 31,995 of its ordinary shares at GBP 590.50 each, by director Stephen Koseff. The transaction, which took place on the London Stock Exchange, amounted to a total value of GBP 187,945.19. Compliance with the JSE Listings Requirements was adhered to, with the necessary clearances obtained for the securities dealings.
