Investec Limited and Investec plc have successfully passed all resolutions at their Annual General Meetings, with ordinary and special resolutions receiving the required majority votes. The companies also announced auditor changes, appointing Deloitte & Touche and PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc as joint auditors for Investec Limited, and Deloitte LLP for Investec plc, following regulatory and shareholder approval.
