Investcorp Credit Management BDC, Inc. announces a leadership transition with the resignation of Peter Sattelmair as CFO, effective July 1, 2024, with no sign of internal conflict as the cause. Walter Tsin, a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in credit management and a CPA designation, will take over as the new CFO. Tsin brings a strong background from Investcorp Credit Management and prior roles, including Seer Capital Management and Rothstein Kass and Company, ensuring a smooth continuation of financial stewardship for the company.
