Investcorp Credit Management BDC, Inc. announced the resignation of Rocco DelGuercio as Chief Financial Officer and other roles, effective March 31, 2024, noting there were no disagreements on company operations or accounting practices. Peter Sattelmair will take over as the new CFO, bringing nearly 25 years of experience in financial services and asset management, including a significant tenure at Transamerica Asset Management. The company clarified that Sattelmair’s appointment was independent of any arrangements with others and that he doesn’t receive direct cash compensation or benefits from the company.
