Anzalone notified the company he will retire as CEO effective April 30, 2026, and is expected to remain in an advisory role through October 1, 2026. The board appointed President Kevin M. Collins, a veteran of the company since its 2009 formation and Co-Head of Structured Investments for Invesco Fixed Income, as his successor effective May 1, 2026.
