Loungers PLC has announced that Invesco Ltd., an investment management firm based in Atlanta, USA, has adjusted its holdings in the company. On June 12, 2024, Invesco crossed a threshold, changing its total voting rights in Loungers PLC to 4.944583%, a slight decrease from its previous notification. The change in shareholding was officially notified to the company on the following day, June 13, 2024.
