Invesco DB Agriculture Fund (DBA) has provided an announcement.
John Zerr will retire from his roles at Invesco Ltd. and its affiliates on January 1, 2025. Following his departure, Melanie Ringold will take over his position on the Board of Invesco Capital Management LLC, effective July 31, 2024. Ringold brings extensive legal expertise to the Board, having served as Head of Legal for Invesco’s Americas since January 2023 and previously as Assistant General Counsel. Her experience is expected to provide valuable guidance to Invesco’s suite of funds including energy, precious and base metals, and agriculture funds.
