John Zerr is set to retire from Invesco Ltd. and affiliates on January 1, 2025, stepping down from his board role at Invesco Capital Management LLC, which manages a suite of commodity funds. Melanie Ringold will take over his board position, bringing her experience as Head of Legal for the Americas at Invesco and former Assistant General Counsel to the role. Her legal expertise and leadership within the company highlight a smooth transition in governance for Invesco’s investment management operations.
