Invesco CurrencyShares Australian Dollar Trust (FXA) has provided an announcement.
John Zerr is set to retire from Invesco Ltd. and its related entities by January 1, 2025, stepping down from his board role at Invesco Specialized Products, LLC. He will be promptly succeeded by Melanie Ringold, a seasoned legal expert within the firm, who has been appointed to the board as of July 31, 2024. Ringold brings a wealth of experience from her tenure as Head of Legal for the Americas at Invesco and has a strong legal and political science background. Her appointment is likely to bring continuity and legal acumen to the board’s oversight of the Invesco CurrencyShares® Australian Dollar Trust.
