Invesco DB Commodity Index Tracking Fund (DBC) has issued an update.
John Zerr is set to retire from Invesco Ltd. and its affiliates by the start of 2025, stepping down from the board of its managing owner, Invesco Capital Management LLC. Melanie Ringold, with a background as Head of Legal for the Americas at Invesco and a history of providing legal support within the company, has been appointed to take over his board position. Her experience and qualifications, which include a JD and a BA in political science, are expected to guide her in this new role.
