John Zerr is set to retire from Invesco Ltd. and associated roles, effective January 2025, stepping down from the Sponsor’s Board of Invesco CurrencyShares® Euro Trust. Melanie Ringold, with extensive legal experience within Invesco, has been appointed to succeed Zerr on the Board starting July 31, 2024. Ringold boasts a strong background that includes serving as Head of Legal for the Americas at Invesco and a history of managing legal support for the company’s investments.
