John Zerr is set to retire from Invesco Ltd. and its related entities, prompting his early departure from the board of Invesco Capital Management LLC, which oversees various investment funds. Melanie Ringold will take his place on the board, bringing extensive legal expertise from her current role as Head of Legal for the Americas at Invesco, backed by a solid educational foundation with a JD and a BA in political science.
