Inverite Insights Completes Second Funding Tranche

Inverite Insights (TSE:INVR) has released an update.

Inverite Insights Inc., a Vancouver-based AI software provider, has successfully closed the second tranche of its private placement, raising $135,000 with the issue of 2.7 million Units. Company insiders purchased all of the newly issued Units, which could represent up to 1.6% of the company’s common shares if all associated warrants are exercised.
