Inverite Insights Inc., a Vancouver-based AI software specialist in financial data, announced a non-brokered private placement aiming to raise up to $2 million by offering 40 million units at $0.05 each. The units include a common share and a warrant to purchase an additional share at $0.10 within two years, subject to a four-month hold period post-closing.
