Intuitive Investments Group Plc ( (GB:IIG) ) has provided an announcement.
Intuitive Investments Group has confirmed that Acceler8 Ventures’ possible all-share offer for the entire issued and to be issued share capital of IIG remains under discussion, with due diligence and work on a prospectus for the enlarged group continuing. The parties still intend that, if a deal is agreed, the combined company would seek admission to the FCA’s Official List and trading on the London Stock Exchange’s Main Market.
At IIG’s request, and with the Takeover Panel’s consent, the deadline for Acceler8 to either announce a firm intention to make an offer or walk away has been extended to 5 p.m. on 3 June 2026, with scope for further extensions by agreement. IIG remains in an offer period under the Takeover Code, and while shareholders are reminded of ongoing disclosure obligations, the company stresses there is no certainty that a definitive bid will emerge, leaving the potential transaction and its implications for investors still finely balanced.
Spark’s Take on IIG Stock
According to Spark, TipRanks’ AI Analyst, IIG is a Neutral.
The score is held back primarily by weak financial performance (ongoing losses and negative cash flow), partially offset by a low-leverage balance sheet (no debt). Technicals are a key support due to strong trend and positive momentum, but overbought readings add near-term risk. Valuation remains challenged given the negative P/E and lack of dividend yield.
