Voleo Trading Systems Inc ( (TSE:INTR) ) has issued an update.
Intrepid Metals Corp. has completed the acquisition of Cave Creek Copper Inc., making it a wholly owned subsidiary and securing key patented and unpatented mining claims and surface rights that form part of the Corral Copper Project in Cochise County, Arizona. With this transaction, Intrepid now controls nearly all lands and claims at Corral Copper, aside from the MAN Property for which a final cash and share payment is due this year, consolidating a historically fragmented district and positioning the project to advance rapidly through modern exploration and development studies.
The Corral Copper Property encompasses multiple historical claim groups, including Excelsior, CCCI, Sara, MAN, and Viewsite, many of which Intrepid has already acquired or holds under option agreements. By integrating extensive historical drilling data with ongoing mapping, sampling, and drilling, the company aims to enhance confidence in the project’s mineral potential and accelerate its transition toward more advanced technical and development work, potentially strengthening Intrepid’s standing in the Arizona copper exploration space.
