The company disclosed that under its ongoing share buyback programme it repurchased 741 treasury shares between 23 and 27 March 2026 at an average price of €8.822, for a total outlay of €6,537.06. Following these transactions, Intred holds 79,603 treasury shares, equal to about 0.4994% of its share capital, indicating a modest capital management move that slightly increases treasury holdings while signalling continued execution of the authorised buyback plan.
