Intraco Ltd. Raises Millions with Digital Securities

Intraco Ltd. (SG:I06) has released an update.

Intraco Limited has launched its ninth and fifth series of commercial paper in digital securities in Singapore Dollars and United States Dollars, respectively, under the SDAX CP Facility Programme. The company raised S$7.22 million with an interest rate of 4.0% p.a. and US$3.07 million at 6.1% p.a., both for a 30-day tenor, with significant portions subscribed by associates of controlling shareholders. These digital securities will be listed on the SDAX Exchange on the day of issuance.
