Intraco Limited has recently launched its eighth and fourth series of commercial papers in digital securities, raising S$6.71 million in Singapore Dollars and US$2.06 million in United States Dollars respectively, from accredited investors. These short-term debt instruments will have a 43-day tenor with an interest rate of 4.20% for the SGD series and 6.10% for the USD series, both of which will be listed on the SDAX Exchange. A significant portion of the subscriptions came from associates of the company’s controlling shareholders.
