Intouch Insight ( (TSE:INX) ) has provided an announcement.

Intouch Insight reported 2025 results that reflect a strategic transition, with total revenue falling 10% to $25.4 million after exiting its Ardent business model, yet gross margin improving to 50.3% from 44.5% as operational efficiency and higher-quality revenue supported a modest increase in gross margin dollars. Despite a tenth consecutive year of SaaS revenue growth, EBITDA declined to $1.64 million from $2.22 million and the company swung to a net loss of $0.83 million versus prior-year net income of $1.40 million, as higher operating expenses were driven by targeted investments in sales, marketing, product development, artificial intelligence, and the rebuilding of its merchandising business, positioning the firm for longer-term growth and sustained revenue expansion.

Management emphasized that 2025 was a deliberate repositioning year, setting a strategic direction centered on long-term growth backed by operational and technology initiatives aimed at expanding both software and services offerings. To brief investors and stakeholders on these plans and provide more detail on its growth roadmap, the company scheduled a live, interactive webinar where executives will discuss strategies to drive merchandising contributions, leverage new AI-focused investments, and work toward restoring sustained top-line growth in 2026.
