Interra Resources Limited has announced a second convertible bond agreement with PT. Berkat Bersatu, an Indonesian company specializing in solar power plant construction. This collaboration involves the development of a 60-megawatt solar farm in Saguling, Indonesia. PT Berkat Bersatu will act as a subcontractor for the project, with the convertible bond valued at up to 20 billion Rupiah (approximately US$0.6 million) to finance the solar farm’s working capital. This move strengthens Interra’s position in the renewable energy sector and highlights its commitment to sustainable energy solutions.
