Interra Resources Limited, through its subsidiary Goldwater TMT Pte. Ltd., has entered into a cooperation agreement with PT Blora Patra Energi to form a joint venture in Indonesia. The partnership aims to negotiate operational agreements for oilfields and re-activate old wells, enhancing petroleum production in Central Java. Interra will hold a 49% stake in the venture, with a capital contribution of Rp. 4.9 billion.
