Interra Resources Ltd. has announced the retirement of Mr. Low Siew Sie Bob, a long-standing member beyond nine years, from the Board of Directors and his roles in various committees, effective 29 April 2024. The company also revealed the appointment of Ms. Tong Miin as an Independent Director and Chairwoman of the Remuneration Committee, among other positions, effective from the same date. These changes are set to occur following the upcoming annual general meeting, subject to the re-election of directors.
