Interra Resources Limited, an SGX-listed company specializing in petroleum exploration and production, has been granted an extension until December 4, 2024, to satisfy conditions for removal from the SGX-ST watch list. The company’s latest annual report details its financial status and operational activities, while shareholders have approved a share purchase mandate. Interra is also expanding into renewable energy with recent agreements to develop a wood pellet manufacturing plant and a solar farm in Indonesia and Sabah, respectively.
