International Prospect Ventures Ltd. has settled $60,000 in debt by issuing 1.2 million shares and also completed an oversubscribed private placement raising $305,000. The debt settlement involved shares given to company insiders and consultants, while the private placement included units of shares and warrants. Funds raised will support general corporate purposes.
