Shareowners approved the election of 11 directors and the appointment of Deloitte & Touche LLP as the independent auditor for 2025. Additionally, the compensation of named executive officers was approved. However, a proposal concerning a report on the company’s LGBTQIA+ equity and inclusion efforts was not approved. The meeting saw participation from holders of 462,222,089 shares, constituting a quorum, and the results reflect the company’s ongoing governance and strategic priorities.
