International Metals Mining Corp. successfully held its Annual General and Special Meeting, where shareholders elected three directors, appointed WDM Chartered Professional Accountants as the company’s auditor, and approved a new fixed Equity Incentive Plan. The company, which specializes in the acquisition and development of battery metals and mineral assets, has promising properties in Peru and Brazil, positioning it strategically in key mining jurisdictions.
