International Metals Mining Corp. has signed an agreement to acquire a 100% interest in the Bell Lake VMS Property in northwestern Ontario. The property is strategically located near the past-producing Sturgeon Lake Mine, known for its high-grade zinc, copper, lead, silver, and gold deposits. This acquisition positions the company to explore the potential of the volcanogenic massive sulphide-producing volcanic stratigraphy, which has historically shown significant mineralization. The deal involves issuing ten million common shares to acquire all outstanding shares of Privco, which holds the rights to the property.
