International Lithium Corp. has amended its joint venture agreement, reducing its interest in the Avalonia project to zero in exchange for CAD$2.2 million and a 2% Net Smelter Royalty from partner Ganfeng. The company plans to allocate the proceeds towards its exploration projects in Ontario and Zimbabwe, as well as for working capital.
