International Graphite Limited has reported a change in the interests of director Matthew O’Kane, who has acquired an additional 60,000 fully paid ordinary shares, valued at $5,280. Prior to this change, O’Kane held various unlisted options and incentive performance rights, as well as 30,000 fully paid ordinary shares. No securities were disposed of in this transaction.
