International Genius Company has entered into a Subscription Agreement to issue up to 110 million new shares at HK$2.75 each, potentially raising approximately HK$302 million. These funds are earmarked for the company’s strategic development and operational needs. Upon completion, the subscriber will hold about 16.46% of the enlarged share capital, becoming a substantial shareholder.
