International Distribution Services plc has announced the release of their Annual Report and Financial Statements for the fiscal year ending 31 March 2024, along with the Notice of the 2024 Annual General Meeting and a proxy form. Shareholders can access these documents on the company’s website or view them on the National Storage Mechanism. The AGM is scheduled for 25 September 2024 at Newbury Racecourse, with options to attend in person or virtually.
