International Cement Group Ltd. has announced significant shifts in its leadership, with Mr Wong Chee Meng Lawrence stepping down as Independent Director, effective 16 September 2024, leading to a reshuffle of committee roles. Mr Ng Kian Guan will assume the position of Lead Independent Director, with Mr David Tan Chao Hsiung joining the Nominating and Remuneration Committees.
