International Cement Group Ltd. has announced significant shifts in its leadership, with Mr Wong Chee Meng Lawrence stepping down as Independent Director, effective 16 September 2024, leading to a reshuffle of committee roles. Mr Ng Kian Guan will assume the position of Lead Independent Director, with Mr David Tan Chao Hsiung joining the Nominating and Remuneration Committees. The company expressed gratitude to Mr Wong for his contributions during his tenure.
