International Business Settlement Holdings Limited has announced its upcoming annual general meeting, scheduled for August 29, 2024, with contingency plans for the following day in case of severe weather in Hong Kong. The agenda includes adopting the audited financial statements, re-electing directors, and fixing their remuneration, as well as re-appointing independent auditors. A special resolution will also be considered that could allow the directors to issue additional shares up to 20% of the nominal issued share capital.
