Intermap Technologies Ramps Up Share Offering

Intermap Technology (TSE:IMP) has released an update.

Intermap Technologies is responding to higher demand by expanding its offering of Class ‘A’ common shares, aiming to increase the total number of shares available by 200,000 for a maximum of 7,349,444 shares. The company is set to close the final tranche of this offering by the week’s end, with proceeds intended for executing contracts, including a significant project with the Indonesian government and a renewed contract with the U.S. Air Force.
