Intercos S.p.A. ( (IT:ICOS) ) just unveiled an update.

Intercos S.p.A. has executed a bonus share capital increase linked to its 2023-2025 Performance Shares Plan for employees, issuing 30,544 new ordinary shares without nominal value. As a result, the fully paid-in share capital rose slightly to €11,317,100.75, with the total number of shares increasing to 96,394,564 and voting rights to 127,394,165, while the structure of ordinary shares with increased voting rights remains unchanged.

The capital change, formally registered with the Milan, Monza, Brianza and Lodi Companies Register on 6 March 2026, reflects Intercos’s ongoing use of equity-based incentives to align employees with shareholder interests. The updated Articles of Association, reflecting the new capital structure, will be made available to investors and stakeholders on the company’s website, through the authorized storage mechanism and at the registered office, enhancing transparency around the group’s governance and capital composition.
