Intercorp Financial Services Inc. has announced dividends of $1.00 per share from its 2023 net profits, totaling $115.4 million to be paid on April 29th, with April 18th as the Record Date. The company also plans to allocate a significant amount to its Retained Earnings following the distribution, and has shared its 2024 Dividend Policy, committing to a minimum payout of 20% of net profits to shareholders. Additionally, the company’s Annual Shareholders’ Meeting has ratified its 2023 financial results and sustainability progress.
