On March 31, 2026, Intercorp Financial Services held its 2026 annual shareholders’ meeting in virtual format, approving its 2025 results presentation, annual report and audited separate and consolidated financial statements. The meeting also acknowledged the company’s progress in sustainability following its participation in the S&P Global 2025 Corporate Sustainability Assessment.

Shareholders approved a dividend of US$1.80 per share from 2025 net profit, totaling about US$207.8 million, with April 24, 2026 as the record date and May 5, 2026 as the payment date. The company also allocated PEN 900 million to voluntary reserves and over PEN 308 million to retained earnings, reinforcing capital buffers while returning cash to investors.

Shareholders further appointed Tanaka, Valdivia, Arribas & Asociados as external auditors for 2027–2029 and empowered company officers to formalize the resolutions in Peru and Panama, providing continuity in governance and financial reporting oversight.
