InterContinental Hotels Group PLC has disclosed that as of June 30, 2024, the company’s issued share capital comprises 168,595,550 ordinary shares, with 7,006,782 shares held in treasury, resulting in a total of 161,588,768 voting rights. Shares purchased and subject to cancellation since the last report on June 3, 2024, have been considered cancelled in these calculations. Shareholders can use the total voting rights figure as a reference for reporting changes in their stake in the company as per the Financial Conduct Authority’s rules.
