InterContinental Hotels Group PLC has bought back 14,931 of its own shares on September 18, 2024, for prices ranging between £79.10 and £79.92, with an average cost of £79.45 per share. The company executed the repurchase through Goldman Sachs International on the London Stock Exchange, and it plans to cancel the acquired shares, reducing the total number of shares in issue.
