InterContinental Hotels Group PLC reported the buyback of 19,899 of its ordinary shares on April 29, 2024, with prices ranging from £78.98 to £80.24 per share, resulting in an average purchase price of £79.5592. The company plans to cancel these shares, which reduces the number of shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) to 162,962,749. The repurchase was conducted through Goldman Sachs International on the London Stock Exchange.
